The Henties Bay Frail Care Association is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide professional frail and dementia care services. This full-time, shift-based opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting elderly people and improving their quality of life.
Successful candidates will provide person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, support residents living with dementia, promote dignity and independence, and contribute to the health, comfort, and wellbeing of residents.

About the Role
Provide compassionate, professional care for elderly and frail residents while promoting dignity, safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily personal care to elderly residents.
* Assist residents with mobility and daily living activities.
* Support people living with dementia.
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
* Maintain compassionate and person-centered care.
* Work effectively within a shift-based care environment.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum 1 year practical caregiving experience.
* Experience caring for elderly, frail individuals, persons with disabilities, or people requiring daily living assistance.
* Dementia care experience is advantageous.
* Grade 10 minimum (Grade 12 preferred).
* Ability to communicate in English and/or a local Namibian language (Afrikaans advantageous).
* Physically fit and emotionally resilient.
* Caregiver, Home-Based Care, Nursing Assistant, Elderly Care, or Dementia Care training preferred.
* First Aid training is advantageous.
* Namibian citizen.
* Clean criminal record.
