Security Manager

Omega Security Services is looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee security operations in Karibib. The successful candidate will manage security officers, conduct investigations, perform risk assessments, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the security team. Main Responsibilities: • Professional client liaison • Conduct risk assessments and draft corrective procedures • Manage security officers • Conduct investigations and disciplinary hearings • Secure new business • Manage day-to-day security operations • Plan and organise operations in area of responsibility • Supervise progress and results • Provide guidance to team members • Review and discuss monthly results Requirements: • At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry, including 2 years in a managerial position • Diploma in Health and Safety or Security • Police or Military experience will be an added advantage • Excellent communication skills in English • Driver’s License • Computer literate (MS Office) • Good knowledge of Namibia Labour Act and Mine Health & Safety Regulations • Clean criminal record with police clearance not older than 6 months • Medically fit • Namibian Citizen • Prepared to relocate to Omaruru/Karibib • Proven experience in risk assessments and mitigation measures • Proven experience in incident investigations and corrective action planning
