Ore and Dump Spotter – 8 Positions

Osino Resources is recruiting eight experienced Ore and Dump Spotters to support open-pit mining operations at the Twin Hills Gold Mine Site. The successful candidates will help ensure that ore and waste are mined and transported according to approved mining plans. They will identify ore boundaries, direct haul trucks, coordinate stockpile activities and help minimise ore loss and dilution. Key Responsibilities * Identify ore boundaries and support grade-control instructions. * Direct haul trucks to the correct ore and waste dumping locations. * Manage dumping activities onto designated stockpiles. * Coordinate stockpile reclaim activities. * Maintain ore traceability and minimise ore dilution. * Support safe and efficient mining operations. * Follow all company safety and operational procedures. Minimum Requirements * Grade 12 certificate. * Minimum two years of experience in an open-pit mining environment. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work shifts in physically demanding conditions. * Strong safety awareness. * Ability to work with minimal supervision. * Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
