ACCOUNTANT

Osino Gold Exploration and Mining is looking for a results-driven Accountant specializing in Fixed Assets. The role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of capital assets, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining asset registers within a mining environment. ⸻ 📌 Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 5–10 years experience in fixed assets or capital project accounting * Experience in mining or heavy industry (preferred) * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS * Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel * Experience with Pronto Xi (advantage) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Professional English proficiency ⸻ 🛠️ Responsibilities * Track project costs and transfer completed assets * Maintain fixed asset register (equipment, facilities, plant assets) * Manage capital expenditure records * Record and report on tangible & intangible assets * Perform depreciation, revaluations, and reconciliations * Ensure compliance with internal controls and audits * Support audits and conduct physical asset checks
