Manager : Health, Safety and Environment

Osino Resources is seeking an experienced Manager: Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) to lead safety, environmental, and sustainability initiatives at Twin Hills Gold Mine. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with extensive mining or heavy construction HSE management experience. The successful candidate will oversee HSE programmes, lead compliance initiatives, manage environmental reporting, conduct investigations, support ESG objectives, coordinate audits, and promote a strong safety culture across mining operations. About the Role Lead all health, safety, environmental, and sustainability functions to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Lead company-wide HSE programmes. * Provide expert HSE guidance. * Conduct safety inspections. * Manage environmental programmes. * Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives. * Develop HSE risk management systems. * Lead accident and incident investigations. * Coordinate emergency response planning. * Support rehabilitation programmes. * Manage internal and external HSE audits. Minimum Requirements * Grade 12. * Relevant Diploma or Degree. * 10–15 years’ HSE experience. * At least 8 years in senior HSE management. * Mining or heavy construction experience. * Experience managing large HSE programmes. * Knowledge of ISO management systems. * Strong leadership and communication skills.
