ER Officer

GMS Mining Services (Pty) Ltd is recruiting an ER Officer to join its HR and Administration function at the Twin Hills mining operation near Karibib, Namibia. GMS is expanding its workforce to support its large-scale mining activities in the Erongo Region. The ER Officer will support the employee-relations side of the mining operation, working within the HR and administration environment and contributing to effective workforce coordination. This opportunity is suitable for a professional with relevant qualifications and experience who understands the demands of working within an operational mining environment. Role Focus * Support employee-relations activities within the mining operation. * Assist with effective communication between employees and management. * Support HR and administrative processes relating to the workforce. * Maintain professional employee-relations practices. * Work within company procedures and operational requirements. * Contribute to effective workforce administration at the Twin Hills operation. * Support a productive and professional working environment.
