Mining Engineer : Operations

Osino Resources is seeking an experienced Mining Engineer: Operations to support production planning, load-and-haul activities, stockpile management and operational performance at the Twin Hills Gold Mine. The successful candidate will monitor production targets, manage mining performance indicators and ensure that mining activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Manage load-and-haul and rehandling operations. * Support operational planning and production management. * Monitor production targets by shift, day and month. * Manage mining key performance indicators. * Oversee ore routing and stockpile management. * Prepare production forecasts and operational reports. * Review shift and daily production results. * Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Minimum Requirements * Grade 12 certificate. * Degree in Mining Engineering. * Valid Namibia-issued blasting ticket. * Five to eight years of open-pit mining experience. * At least four years of experience in load-and-haul and rehandling operations. * Strong understanding of open-pit mining operations. * Good planning, production-management and communication skills. * Valid driver’s licence.
