Superintendent : Process Plant Operations

Osino Resources is recruiting an experienced Superintendent: Process Plant Operations to lead gold-processing operations at the Twin Hills Gold Mine. The successful candidate will supervise plant teams, manage production and recovery targets, optimise processing areas and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities * Lead shift supervisors and plant-operating teams. * Ensure safe and efficient plant operations. * Manage production, throughput, recovery and plant-availability targets. * Optimise gold-processing areas and operating parameters. * Oversee CIL, elution, electrowinning, smelting, detoxification and filtration activities. * Coordinate daily planning and operational reporting. * Monitor metal accounting and plant performance indicators. * Support investigations and workforce coaching. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Minimum Requirements * Grade 12 certificate. * Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing or Chemical Engineering. * Seven to ten years of experience in gold-processing operations. * Experience across comminution, gravity recovery, CIL, elution and gold-room operations. * Greenfield project or commissioning experience is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of the full gold-processing flowsheet. * Strong leadership and decision-making skills. * Knowledge of process safety, cyanide management and environmental compliance.
