BCIN is looking for an Administration Clerk to handle office administration, inventory control, registrations, renewals, correspondence, and general administrative support in Karibib.
Requirements:
* Namibian citizen
* Minimum 3 years’ experience
* Excellent administrative and computer skills
* Knowledge of Word, Excel, Pastel, and Outlook
* Fluent in English and Afrikaans
* Strong verbal, numeric, and logical reasoning skills
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Driver’s licence required
* Must be trustworthy, organized, and self-efficient
Responsibilities:
* Maintain office administrative duties and records
* Follow company rules and regulations
* Log book control and NATIS bookings
* Office inventory and housekeeping control
* Submit company documentation, registrations, and renewals
* Handle correspondence and collate information
