GMS Mining Services is recruiting a Trainer – Skills/Development for its Twin Hills mining operation near Karibib. The role supports workforce skills development within an operational mining environment. The successful candidate will contribute to employee learning, workplace skills development and the strengthening of workforce capability as GMS expands its mining operations. Role Focus * Support employee skills-development initiatives. * Assist with workplace training activities. * Help identify operational training and development needs. * Support the development of employee competencies. * Assist employees in improving job-related knowledge and practical skills. * Maintain appropriate training and development records. * Work with operational departments to support workforce development. * Promote continuous learning within the mining environment. Requirements Relevant degree/diploma, appropriate experience and open-pit mining experience.
