Branch Manager

Hardap Freight Services is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee its operations in Mariental. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in managing daily branch activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the company’s mission of delivering reliable freight and logistics services across Namibia. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and experience within the transport, logistics, or freight industry. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise branch operations and staff activities. • Ensure smooth coordination of logistics and freight services. • Maintain excellent customer service and professional communication. • Oversee branch performance and operational efficiency. • Manage and motivate employees to achieve business objectives. • Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. • Support growth and operational improvements within the branch.
