External Invigilators

Essence Health Specialized College is inviting suitably qualified and responsible individuals to apply for the position of External Invigilator. Successful candidates will assist with the supervision and invigilation of examinations while ensuring compliance with examination rules and maintaining the integrity of the assessment process. The appointment period will run from 29 June 2026 to 10 July 2026. Key Responsibilities * Supervise examination venues and candidates during examinations. * Ensure examination procedures and regulations are followed. * Verify candidate attendance and identification. * Maintain a secure and professional examination environment. * Report any irregularities or misconduct. * Distribute and collect examination materials. * Assist in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of examinations. Requirements * Grade 9 or equivalent qualification. * Must be 21 years of age or older. * Good command of English (written and spoken). * Strong communication skills. * Professional, reliable, and punctual. * Honest and trustworthy. * Available to work between 29 June 2026 and 10 July 2026.
