Nictus is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the company as a Trainee Branch Manager. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who wish to develop their leadership, business management, and customer service skills within a professional retail and commercial environment. The successful candidate will undergo management training while gaining practical experience in branch operations, customer relations, sales support, and business administration. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the daily management and operation of a branch. * Support customer service and sales activities. * Learn branch administration and operational procedures. * Assist with stock control and inventory management. * Support staff coordination and team performance. * Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained. * Assist with reporting and branch performance monitoring. * Participate in management development and training programs. * Travel when required for training and operational support. Requirements * Grade 12 with a minimum of 23 points. * Commercial Degree or Diploma. * Valid Driver’s License. * Willingness to travel. * Passion for customer service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Leadership potential and willingness to learn.
