Key Responsibilities * Conduct professional eye examinations and vision assessments. * Diagnose vision problems and recommend corrective solutions. * Prescribe spectacles and other vision correction options. * Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care. * Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. * Work collaboratively across multiple branch locations. * Support branch operations and contribute to business growth. * Ensure compliance with professional and healthcare standards. Minimum Requirements Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry. Skills & Experience * Fluency in Afrikaans and English. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and conduct. * Reliable, diligent, and self-motivated. * Management experience is required. * Ability to work independently and within a team environment. * Strong customer service orientation.
