Global Edge Training Institute is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Academic Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing academic programmes, ensuring quality teaching and learning standards, coordinating assessments, supporting learners, and maintaining compliance with accreditation and institutional requirements. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate academic programmes and training activities. * Supervise facilitators and academic staff. * Manage academic timetables and scheduling. * Provide learner support and academic guidance. * Coordinate assessments and moderation processes. * Prepare academic reports and performance documentation. * Ensure teaching and learning activities comply with accreditation and institutional standards. * Support continuous improvement of academic quality systems. Minimum Requirements * Relevant qualification in: * Education * Training Management * Human Resource Development * Business Administration * Or a related field * 3–5 years’ experience in: * Academic administration * Training coordination * Teaching * Assessment * Quality assurance * Knowledge of vocational education and training systems. * Understanding of assessment, moderation, and accreditation requirements will be an advantage. * Strong leadership and management abilities. * Excellent administrative, communication, reporting, and computer skills.
