Key Responsibilities: • Manufacture, assemble, and install quality joinery products and woodwork components. • Read and follow technical measurements, specifications, and project instructions accurately. • Operate woodworking tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently. • Ensure all projects are completed to high craftsmanship and finishing standards. • Maintain organized workstations and safe working practices. • Work independently and collaboratively within the joinery and construction team. • Complete projects within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. • Uphold company standards of professionalism, reliability, and workmanship quality.
