Machine Operator / Designer

Raj Agriculture Equipment and Manufacturing CC is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator / Designer to join their team in Ondangwa. The role involves working on the manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in mechanical production, machine design, and equipment servicing within an agricultural or industrial environment. This is a practical, workshop-based role requiring technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on a variety of machinery and fabrication tasks. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: * Manufacture and assemble agricultural equipment such as discs, cultivators, and machinery parts * Work on mahangu crusher production and related equipment * Operate machinery such as sheet cutters and power presses * Design and manufacture mechanical equipment including drilling machines and related tools * Perform welding, grinding, and fabrication tasks * Repair and service damaged or faulty machinery * Conduct tractor repairs, servicing, and spare parts assembly * Perform machine design and modifications * Operate lathe machines and other workshop tools ⸻ Requirements: * Strong hands-on experience in mechanical and manufacturing work * Experience with agricultural equipment and machinery * Skills in welding, fabrication, and machine operation * Knowledge of lathe operations and machine design * Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently * Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills ⸻ What They Offer: * Competitive salary * Practical hands-on work environment 📞 Call / WhatsApp: +264 81 633 7000 Important Note: * Urgent hiring
