Machine Operator and Repair Technician

We are hiring a Machine Operator and Repair Technician to join our building materials manufacturing factory in Ondangwa, Namibia. Position Overview: The successful candidate will support the operation, maintenance and repair of factory machinery used in building materials production. Key Responsibilities: • Operate machinery used in building materials manufacturing. • Inspect equipment and identify operational or mechanical problems. • Perform basic mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. • Troubleshoot machine faults and assist with equipment repairs. • Support continuous and safe factory operations. • Monitor equipment performance and report technical problems. • Maintain machinery in accordance with workplace safety procedures. • Coordinate with production personnel to minimise equipment downtime. Minimum Requirements: • Diploma in Electrical Mechanics and Repair. • Fluency in Mandarin and English. • Practical understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment. • Ability to troubleshoot machinery and perform repairs. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
