About the Role Manage the daily operations of the guesthouse while ensuring excellent guest service, smooth accommodation operations, and high cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily guesthouse operations. * Welcome guests and handle check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries. * Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas. * Oversee bookings, housekeeping, and maintenance reporting. * Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Minimum Requirements * Diploma in Hospitality or a related qualification. * Minimum 3 years’ working experience. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Honest, reliable, detail-oriented. * Basic computer skills are an advantage. * Hospitality or housekeeping experience is an advantage.
