Pharmacist Intern

Medipark Ongwediva is looking for a suitably qualified Pharmacist Intern to join their healthcare team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the tutor Pharmacist in dispensing medication to patients and wards while gaining practical experience according to Pharmacy Council guidelines. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree • Registration or proof of eligibility to register as an Intern Pharmacist with the Health Professions Council of Namibia Key Functions & Responsibilities: • Monitor stock levels in the pharmacy • Organise ward stock supply • Monitor prescriptions for suitability, side effects, dosages, and adherence to guidelines • Treat patients respectfully and professionally • Maintain patient confidentiality • Advise patients on medication usage Application Requirements: • Cover letter • Updated curriculum vitae • Copies of academic qualifications and supporting documents, including HPCNA registration Phone: (065) 232 905
