Lodge Manager

A newly established lodge and cultural tourism destination in Opuwo is seeking a professional, disciplined, and hands-on Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of the lodge. The successful candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff and lodge administration, and help grow the tourism operation while maintaining high hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily lodge operations * Manage staff, housekeeping, kitchen, and guest services * Ensure excellent guest experience and hospitality standards * Supervise stock control, purchasing, and reporting * Handle bookings, check-ins, and lodge administration * Coordinate lodge maintenance and upkeep * Prepare operational and financial reports * Ensure smooth operation of the cultural village experience * Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards Qualifications & Requirements: * Previous hospitality or lodge management experience * Strong leadership and communication skills * Good organizational and problem-solving abilities * Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and booking systems * Experience with lodge booking systems is an advantage * Valid driver’s license is an added advantage What They Offer: * Competitive salary * Accommodation on site * Opportunity to grow within an expanding tourism operation * Unique cultural and tourism working environment
