About the Position An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Field Sales Representative based in Oshakati. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing a variety of products to both retail and wholesale customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and expanding the customer base. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working in the field, building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. * Source and secure new customers and business opportunities. * Promote and market the company’s product range. * Expand market reach within retail and wholesale sectors. * Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups. * Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. * Represent the company professionally in the market. Minimum Requirements * Previous experience as a Field Sales Representative. * Extensive knowledge of the sales and marketing industry. * Namibian citizen. * Must be willing and able to travel regularly. * Must be based in Oshakati. * Must own a reliable vehicle. * Must have a personal laptop. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently and meet sales objectives.
