Injection Moulding Hydraulic Engineer

Ohangwena Pipe Manufacturing CC is seeking an Injection Moulding Hydraulic Engineer to join its manufacturing operations in Oshikango, Namibia. The position is suitable for an experienced engineering professional with practical knowledge of hydraulic systems used within an injection moulding and manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support the reliable operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery and associated hydraulic equipment. Key Responsibilities * Support the operation and maintenance of injection moulding machinery. * Inspect and maintain hydraulic systems and associated equipment. * Diagnose hydraulic faults and equipment problems. * Perform troubleshooting and support repairs to production machinery. * Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance. * Help minimise production downtime caused by equipment failures. * Monitor machinery performance and identify potential technical problems. * Support safe and efficient manufacturing operations. * Work with the production and maintenance teams to maintain equipment reliability. * Follow workplace safety and engineering procedures. Requirements * Intermediate or graduate-level engineering qualification. * Relevant knowledge of hydraulic engineering systems. * Minimum 5 years’ experience. * Practical experience within a hydraulic or related engineering environment. * Ability to troubleshoot technical and mechanical problems. * Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
