Sales Executive

Novel Ford is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their New Vehicles division in Otjiwarongo. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with motor vehicle industry experience who enjoys building customer relationships and achieving targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new vehicles, growing the customer base, and delivering outstanding customer service while representing the company as a trusted brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities: • Market and sell quality new vehicles • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers • Expand and grow the customer base • Participate in brand marketing and promotional events • Set, achieve, and exceed sales targets • Continuously build product knowledge of vehicle brands • Maintain high levels of customer engagement • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction • Represent the company professionally at all times Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in motor vehicle sales • Minimum Grade 12 qualification • Strong understanding of customer service standards • Basic financial knowledge • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Computer literate (MS Office) • Team player with an outgoing personality • Valid Namibian Driver’s Licence • Namibian citizenship
