Assistant Manager

About the Role Support the efficient operation of the service station by supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Assist with daily service station operations. * Supervise staff and maintain excellent customer service. * Monitor fuel stock and inventory. * Process invoices and maintain records. * Oversee food operations and hygiene compliance. * Support stock control and ordering. * Assist with administration and reporting. * Maintain operational standards. * Support the Station Manager with daily activities. * Promote a safe and efficient workplace. Minimum Requirements * Experience in the fuel or service station industry. * Knowledge of fuel management. * Strong general administration skills. * Experience with IQ Retail. * Experience using WinBranch. * Knowledge of food operations and food safety. * Stock management and ordering experience. * Invoice processing experience. * Microsoft Office proficiency. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to supervise staff and work independently. * Valid driver’s licence is an advantage.
