Loan Officer

We are hiring experienced Loan Officers to join our team in Otjiwarongo. The successful candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, processing loan applications and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve assigned budget and sales targets. • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. • Assist clients throughout the loan application process. • Process and maintain accurate loan documentation. • Retain existing customers and expand the company's client base. • Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations and internal procedures. • Identify opportunities to increase loan sales and improve customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements: • At least 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer. • A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage. • Relevant sales experience will be advantageous. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Strong organisational and time-management abilities. • Ability to work accurately under pressure. • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. • Emotional maturity and professional conduct.
