Key Responsibilities: • Deliver professional nursing care to patients according to hospital and healthcare standards. • Monitor patient conditions, administer medication, and maintain accurate patient records. • Assist doctors and healthcare teams with patient treatment and medical procedures. • Provide emergency and critical care support where required. • Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards. • Support patient recovery, comfort, and health education. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional nursing ethics. Requirements: • Registration with HPCNA is mandatory. • Namibian citizen or legally eligible to work within Namibia. • Relevant nursing qualifications and academic certifications. • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills. • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced healthcare environments. • Experience in the relevant department will be an added advantage.
