Sales Advisor – Hunting & Outdoor

Agra Safari Den is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with a passion for hunting, camping, firearms, and the outdoors. The successful candidate will assist customers with expert product advice, promote hunting and outdoor equipment, demonstrate products, build lasting customer relationships, and support retail sales growth. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with retail sales experience and strong knowledge of hunting equipment, firearms, ammunition, camping gear, and outdoor products who want to build a rewarding career in outdoor retail. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers with hunting and outdoor product advice. * Promote products in-store and at outdoor events. * Demonstrate the safe use and maintenance of products. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Build long-term customer relationships. * Maintain product knowledge and industry trends. * Assist with inventory management. * Ensure compliance with company and firearm regulations. Requirements * Namibian citizen. * Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12. * Minimum 3 years’ retail experience. * Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, camping and outdoor products. * Valid Code B driver’s licence. * Computer literacy. * Good English communication skills.
