Procurement Officer – Offshore Division

Seventy7 Consulting is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer for its Offshore Division in Swakopmund. The successful candidate will manage and execute procurement activities for offshore operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong logistics coordination, supplier management, and offshore or marine industry experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage procurement processes for offshore operations. • Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of goods and services. • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing. • Coordinate logistics, transportation, deliveries, and offshore supply requirements. • Maintain procurement records, documentation, and reporting systems. • Ensure operational demands are met through efficient supply coordination. • Build and maintain strong supplier, vendor, and stakeholder relationships. • Monitor supplier performance and quality standards. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations. • Support continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes. Qualifications & Experience: • 3–5 years of proven procurement experience within the marine or offshore industry. • Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics will be advantageous. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Experience using SAGE Evolution (Revo). • Strong logistics and supply chain coordination experience. • Valid driver’s license. • Own reliable transport. • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
