SPAR is hiring a Confectioner/Pastry Chef to produce quality bakery and confectionery products including cakes, tarts, pralines, and savoury treats while maintaining high food safety and production standards.
Responsibilities:
* Receive and manage orders
* Handle stock take before shop opening
* Strictly follow recipes
* Perform stock rotation according to FIFO principles
* Comply with health and safety regulations

Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a confectionery or bakery environment
