Haul Truck Operator Novices

Beifang Mining Technology Services is recruiting 8 entry-level Haul Truck Operator Novices to support mining operations at the Rössing Site. The role involves operating haul trucks safely, transporting ore/material, conducting inspections, and following operational safety procedures. Requirements: * Grade 12 certificate * Valid Code B driver’s licence held for at least 2 years * Valid Code of Conduct * No prior experience required * Entry-level/novice candidates encouraged to apply * Good communication and teamwork skills * Strong commitment to workplace safety * Willingness to learn and work in a mining environment Responsibilities: * Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently * Transport ore material to stockpiles and crushers * Conduct pre-operational inspections * Report defects and unsafe conditions * Maintain housekeeping and safety standards * Communicate effectively with supervisors and teams
