Manager

Formula Courier is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee regional operations in Swakopmund, Henties Bay, and the local mining industry. The successful candidate will lead business operations, manage finances, drive sales growth, supervise staff, oversee fleet management, build customer relationships, and ensure efficient regional performance. This position is suitable for experienced operations, logistics, courier, or regional management professionals seeking a leadership role. Key Responsibilities * Manage regional office operations. * Drive sales growth and expand the client base. * Oversee regional finances, cash flow and debtors. * Supervise HR matters, staff performance and disciplinary processes. * Manage fleet operations, vehicle services and tracking. * Prepare monthly and weekly management reports. * Maintain strong customer relationships. * Manage contracts and mining sector clients. * Handle customer complaints and represent the company professionally. Requirements * Grade 12 with a diploma or degree in a related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role. * Computer literacy (MS Office). * Knowledge of Parcel Perfect, Vinity or YouTrack is advantageous. * Experience in the mining industry. * Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills. * Valid Code B or BE driver’s licence. * Willingness to travel. * Namibian citizen.
