Service Advisor

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team in Swakopmund. We are looking for an organised and reliable individual with motor industry experience who can coordinate vehicle service bookings, communicate effectively with customers and technicians, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle servicing process. Responsibilities • Manage customer vehicle service bookings and service enquiries. • Keep customers informed throughout the vehicle servicing process. • Liaise with technicians to ensure service jobs are completed on schedule. • Prepare accurate job cards, service quotations and customer updates. • Follow up on outstanding work and communicate service delays to customers. • Ensure warranty and service-plan approvals are obtained before work begins. • Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction standards. Requirements • Grade 12 certificate. • At least three years of experience in the motor industry. • Computer literacy, with Microsoft Office and dealership systems knowledge advantageous. • Toyota dealership experience will be an advantage. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Professional, friendly and confident manner. • Excellent planning, organisation and time-management abilities. • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work under pressure. • Strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Honesty, reliability and teamwork.
