Equipment Maintenance Planner

Kneumayer is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Planner to coordinate and monitor the maintenance of heavy mobile and earthmoving equipment in Swakopmund and Karibib. The successful candidate will plan maintenance schedules, coordinate servicing and repairs, monitor job cards, and ensure equipment reliability through effective maintenance planning. About the Role Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules. * Monitor servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities. * Control and manage job card systems. * Coordinate workshop maintenance activities. * Maintain maintenance records and schedules. * Support efficient equipment utilization. * Communicate with workshop teams and supervisors. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ maintenance planning experience in a workshop environment. * Level 3 Diesel Mechanics qualification or similar. * Basic knowledge of earthmoving equipment. * Understanding of maintenance intervals and equipment components. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Technical understanding of maintenance processes. * Experience with job card systems. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Strong administrative skills. * Computer literacy.
