Delivery Driver

Waltons Namibia is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join its Swakopmund team. This role is ideal for an experienced driver who enjoys working with customers while ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries. The successful candidate will deliver stationery and commercial products, assist with loading and offloading stock, collect payments where required, maintain delivery documentation, and ensure the company vehicle remains clean, roadworthy, and compliant with Namibian traffic regulations. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional driver with strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and experience in delivery, logistics, transport, or distribution. Key Responsibilities * Deliver customer orders safely and on time. * Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. * Complete delivery documentation and collect payments where required. * Load and offload stock. * Operate company vehicles in compliance with Namibian road regulations. * Keep the assigned vehicle clean and roadworthy. * Assist with quarterly stock takes. * Maintain accurate delivery records. Requirements * Grade 11/12 with at least 20 points in 6 subjects. * 2–3 years’ delivery driving experience. * Valid Namibian driver’s licence with PDP. * Willingness to travel for work. * Good English reading, writing and speaking skills. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Namibian citizen.
