Equipment Maintenance Planner

Kneumayer is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Planner to coordinate, schedule, and monitor the maintenance of heavy mobile and earthmoving equipment. This role is ideal for a highly organized maintenance professional who can ensure efficient servicing, repairs, job card control, and equipment availability while supporting workshop operations. The successful candidate will plan preventative maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, manage maintenance records, monitor service intervals, and work closely with technical teams to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules for heavy equipment. * Monitor servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance. * Coordinate workshop activities and job card control. * Track maintenance intervals and equipment availability. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. * Coordinate with mechanics and workshop personnel. * Support equipment reliability and operational efficiency. * Ensure maintenance work is completed on schedule. * Monitor equipment downtime and maintenance performance. * Promote workplace safety and effective maintenance planning. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 3 years’ maintenance planning experience in a workshop environment. * Level 3 Diesel Mechanic qualification or equivalent. * Basic knowledge of earthmoving equipment and maintenance requirements. * Understanding of service intervals and equipment components. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Technical understanding of equipment maintenance. * Experience with job card systems. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Strong administrative and computer literacy skills.
