HSE Compliance Officer

We are recruiting an experienced HSE Compliance Officer to support our operations in Swakopmund. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental legislation, implement and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, conduct internal audits, perform compliance assessments and monitor corrective actions. The role includes HSE reporting, statistical analysis, document control, risk management and continuous improvement of safety and environmental performance. Applicants must hold a degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, HSE Management, Risk, Compliance or a related discipline. A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience is required, together with formal ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 training, ISO Internal Auditor training and practical experience implementing management systems. Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills are essential. Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites.
