SPAR is looking for an experienced Chef/Cook to oversee kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff, manage food preparation, inventory, ordering, and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of kitchen and health & safety regulations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Leadership and management experience
Responsibilities:
* Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders
