Sales Lady

Outdoor Centre Swakopmund is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and detail-oriented Sales Lady to join its retail team. The position is suitable for someone with previous sales or retail experience who enjoys working directly with customers. The successful candidate should be sales-driven, friendly and capable of understanding customer needs while providing excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires someone who can manage several responsibilities at the same time without losing attention to detail and who is willing to adapt to new ideas, systems and processes. Role Focus * Assist customers in the store and provide friendly, professional service. * Engage with customers to understand their individual needs. * Help customers identify suitable products. * Support day-to-day retail sales activities. * Provide a positive customer experience. * Maintain a professional and approachable attitude when dealing with customers. * Manage multiple tasks during busy periods. * Maintain attention to detail while completing assigned duties. * Support efficient store operations. * Adapt to changes in store processes and procedures. * Work effectively as part of the Outdoor Centre team. * Apply previous sales or retail experience to support customer service and sales performance.
