Retail Manager

A growing retail business in Swakopmund is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage people, stock, reporting, and customer service while maintaining smooth store performance. The successful candidate will take initiative, solve problems quickly, and remain calm under pressure while leading the team effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day retail store operations • Manage staff performance and schedules • Control stock levels and inventory movement • Handle spreadsheets, reports, and store administration • Deliver excellent customer service • Solve operational issues quickly and efficiently • Maintain a productive and positive team environment • Ensure store targets and standards are met Qualifications: • Fluent in English • German language skills will be an advantage • Experience using Pastel Sage and Excel • Strong people management and communication skills • Calm and professional under pressure • Self-motivated with strong initiative • Problem-solving ability • Previous retail management experience preferred
