About the Role Support parcel distribution and freight operations by ensuring consignments are processed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Sort, pick, verify, and pack consignments. * Scan freight consignments. * Label parcels with barcode stickers. * Load and offload freight safely. * Compare waybills with freight documentation. * Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards. * Follow health and safety procedures. * Perform quality inspections. * Report damaged freight immediately. * Assist with general freight control duties. Minimum Requirements * Grade 10 or Grade 12 certificate. * 1–2 years’ experience is advantageous. * Computer literacy in Microsoft Office. * Fluent in English and Afrikaans. * Willing to work overtime and shifts. * Physically fit to handle heavy freight. * Strong attention to detail. * Good communication skills. * Valid Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 3 months). * No criminal record. * Namibian citizen.
