About the Role Coordinate vehicle scheduling, dispatching, route planning, fleet operations, and transport compliance while ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate scheduling, routing and dispatching of vehicles. * Monitor daily transport operations. * Supervise and support operational staff. * Plan efficient transport routes and load scheduling. * Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety procedures. * Investigate operational incidents. * Liaise with drivers, internal departments and transport partners. * Analyse operational performance. * Meet operational targets and deadlines. Minimum Requirements * Grade 12 or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Logistics Controller or similar transport role. * Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations. * Excellent planning and organisational skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and logistics management systems). * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport. * Medically fit. * Sober habits. * Experience coordinating transport operations into Zambia, Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
