Tiger Wheel & Tyre is looking for a professional and customer-focused Branch Administrator to join its Walvis Bay branch. The successful candidate will provide administrative and cashier support, process transactions, assist customers, maintain branch records, and support daily branch operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service abilities. Key Responsibilities * Receive and disburse money and process cash, debit card, and credit card transactions. * Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager. * Handle customer transactions using cash registers. * Ensure sufficient change is available in cash registers daily. * Issue cash and card receipts and process refunds where applicable. * Process purchase orders, GRVs, and invoices. * Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations where required. * Resolve customer complaints and provide professional assistance. * Maintain transaction records and branch documentation. * Keep checkout and customer service areas clean and organized. * Package customer purchases when required. * Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management. Requirements * Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points. * Valid Driver’s License. * Computer literacy is essential. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and take initiative. * Strong customer service skills. * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
