Tiger Wheel & Tyre is seeking four Tyre Fitters to join its Walvis Bay team. The successful candidates will be responsible for tyre fitting, balancing, puncture repairs, tyre inspections, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform tyre fitting and tyre balancing services. * Conduct puncture repairs and identify tyre defects. * Safely lift and position vehicles using appropriate equipment. * Fit tyres correctly to rims and ensure proper installation. * Inflate tyres according to manufacturer specifications. * Apply workplace safety standards at all times. * Torque wheel nuts according to manufacturer requirements. * Report defects and maintenance issues to management. * Deliver professional and friendly customer service. Requirements * Grade 12 (Matric). * Valid Driver’s License. * Minimum 1 year experience as a tyre technician, or willingness to learn quickly in a tyre fitting environment. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Customer service orientation.
