Sales Associate

Metro Home is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join its Walvis Bay team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working in retail, and driving sales performance in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs, answer product questions, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure the sales floor is well presented and fully stocked. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs • Maintain strong customer service standards • Merchandise stock neatly on the sales floor • Support housekeeping and store presentation standards • Help drive daily sales opportunities • Work as part of a team to meet store goals Qualifications: • Grade 12 certificate • Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG or retail market • Strong customer service skills • Good communication skills • Friendly and professional attitude • Ability to work in a team environment
