Branch Manager

Tiger Wheel & Tyre is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of its Walvis Bay branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch performance, ensuring excellent customer service, controlling financial operations, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage daily branch operations. * Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. * Manage branch appearance and company assets. * Monitor financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and debtor collections. * Develop business plans to achieve branch objectives and profitability targets. * Identify market opportunities and support business growth initiatives. * Manage branch inventory and warehouse stock control. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. * Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff. * Evaluate branch performance and implement improvement strategies. * Report directly to the Operations Manager. Requirements * Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points. * Valid Driver’s License. * Minimum 5 years of management experience in the retail industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, sales, and customer relationship management abilities. * Sound understanding of management principles and industrial relations. * Working knowledge of ERP systems; SAGE experience will be an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, or a related field will be advantageous.
