Client Liaison

Neptune Risk Managers is recruiting a Client Liaison / Short-term Insurance Broker to support personal, commercial, and corporate insurance clients. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding insurance products and policies, and supporting large commercial and corporate accounts. Job Specifications: • Start Date: 1 July 2026 • Department: Personal, Commercial, and Corporate • Reporting Line: Managing Director Formal Qualifications: • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 • Authorised Representative (Valid NAMFISA Registration) • ACII accreditation or related qualification will be an advantage Legal Requirements: • Passed credit and criminal checks • Namibian Citizen or valid work permit Understanding & Skills: • Knowledge of company policies and procedures • Knowledge of Namibian insurance industry and global markets • Understanding of policy wordings and insurance products • Understanding of business ethics and values • Customer relationship building skills • Knowledge of pricing principles and methodology • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to network and influence senior people internally and externally Experience: • 10 years’ related experience within the Namibian insurance industry • Experience managing and supporting large commercial and corporate accounts
