IT Systems Analyst

Role Purpose: Support and maintain the organisation’s IT systems with a focus on ERP systems and integrations while ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations. Key Duties: * Support ERP lifecycle (analysis, design, configuration, testing, support) * Support API integrations between ERP and other systems * Requirements gathering and solution design * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * Provide second-line IT support * Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems, hardware, and networks * Prioritize and resolve IT support requests * Liaise with vendors and service providers * Support backups and data recovery processes * Ensure IT security and user access control * Maintain IT documentation * Collaborate with departments on IT solutions * Provide basic user training and support * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements * Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures Minimum Qualifications & Experience: * BSc in Information Technology or related field * 2–3 years hands-on IT systems support experience * Basic understanding of networks, hardware, and software systems * ERP implementation and support experience * Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices * Valid Namibian driver’s license * Namibian Certificate of Conduct Skills & Attributes: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Good understanding of business operations and IT alignment * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple support requests * Attention to detail and accuracy * Financial systems experience preferred * Ability to work independently and in a team * Customer-focused approach * Adaptability and willingness to learn * Professionalism and reliability Reference: 77REC404
