Floor Supervisor

Tiger Wheel & Tyre is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily workshop and fitment operations at its Walvis Bay branch. The successful candidate will coordinate workshop activities, supervise fitment technicians, ensure quality standards are maintained, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily workshop and fitment area activities. * Ensure smooth workflow between sales staff, technicians, and customers. * Monitor daily picking slips and allocate work to fitment technicians. * Ensure productivity targets are achieved. * Verify that all work is completed according to company and manufacturer standards. * Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally. * Assist customers with tyre, wheel, battery, and accessory enquiries. * Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements. * Conduct quality checks on completed work. * Ensure proper torque settings and fitment procedures are followed. * Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization. * Assist with stock control and inventory management. * Ensure safe handling and storage of tyres, rims, and accessories. Requirements * Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate with a minimum of 23 points. * Valid Driver’s License. * Familiarity with workshop equipment and automotive tools. * Strong supervisory and leadership abilities. * Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Customer-focused attitude. * Basic computer literacy. * Experience with POS systems or workshop management systems is advantageous.
