Food Lover’s Market is recruiting Butchery Blockmen and General Assistants for its new Walvis Bay store. The successful candidates will prepare and cut meat products, maintain attractive displays, assist customers, monitor stock levels, follow food safety standards, and support the daily operations of the butchery department. Whether you have worked as a Blockman, Butcher, Butcher Assistant, Meat Cutter, Meat Processor, Butchery Assistant, General Assistant, Retail Assistant, Food Service Assistant, or Shop Assistant, this position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in retail food services. Key Responsibilities * Cut and prepare meat products. * Package and display meat professionally. * Assist customers with product selection. * Maintain food hygiene and safety standards. * Monitor stock levels and rotate products. * Keep work areas clean and organized. * Assist with receiving deliveries. * Support daily butchery operations. * Follow company policies and procedures. * Deliver excellent customer service.
